%0 Journal Article %T LaserablationbehaviorsofC/SiCcompositesinair %A SU %A Meng %A CHENG %A Laifei %A LUAN %A Xingang %A ZHANG %A Litong %J Έ΄ΊΟ²ΔΑΟΡ§±¨ %P 37-47 %D 2013 %X Ablationbehaviorsofsiliconcarbide(SiC)coated2Dcarbonfiberreinforcedsiliconcarbidematrix(designatedas2DC/SiC)compositespreparedbychemicalvaporinfiltration(CVI)wereinvestigatedbyacontinuouswaveCO2laser.The2DC/SiCspecimenswereexposedunderlaserfor0.5sinambientair,andthelaserpowersvariedfrom500Wto1500W.A3Dfiniteelementmodelwasestablishedtocalculatethetemperaturedistributioninthelaserablationprocess.Theablationdepth,widthandprofileweremeasuredbyLaserConfocalMicroscope(LCM).Theresultsindicatethattheincreaseofablationdepthfollowsalinearrelationwiththeincreaseoflaserpower,andtheincreaseofablationwidthfollowsasimilartrendwiththeincreaseoftheisothermdiameterof1712‘ζ.Theablatedsurfacecanbedistinguishedintothreedifferentregionsbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)observation,includingablationcenter,transitionzoneandablationfringe.TheablationbehaviorsofcarbonfibersandSiCmatricesindifferentregionswerepresentedanddiscussedinthestudy. %K laser %K ablation %K C/SiC %K finite %K element %K analysis %K surface %K temperature %K ablation %K profile %K ablation %U http://fhclxb.buaa.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract11999.shtml
