We apply the phenomenology of Pomeron (IP) of Donnachie-Landshoff, the field theory model of IP of Landshoff-Nachtmann and the relevant calculating approachs. We assume while IP coupling with glueball, the 0^{++} glueball can be considered as a bound state of two non-perturbative massive gluons. We evaluate the dependence of cross section for 0^{++} glueball production on system energy $\sqrt{s}$ and show that it could be tested experimentally. %U http://arxiv.org/abs/hep-ph/9707506v2
