	<span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">结合低碳经济的发展理念，本文分析了山东省低碳农业发展过程中农业废物的排放及资源化利用现状，论述了低碳农业在法规建设、产业发展、运营与宣传机制、技术应用方面存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了促进山东省低碳农业发展的对策建议。&lt;br/&gt;Combined with the concept of low-carbon economy, the current situation is analyzed in this paper about the emission and resource utilization of agricultural waste, which occurred in the progress of low-carbon agriculture development in Shandong province, the main problems about low- carbon agriculture in legal construction, industrial development, operation and propaganda mechanism, technology application are discussed, and on this basis, the countermeasures are proposed to promote the development of low-carbon agriculture in Shandong province.</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"></span>
