%X 秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans, C. elegans)作为模式生物被被广泛应用于生命科学领域，本文介绍了以C. elegans作为实验材料研究生物活性物质的抗氧化功能检测方法的研究进展，比较了几种常用的抗氧化检测方法及其优缺点，并提出了一套生物活性物质抗氧化功能检测的组合方法。&lt;br/&gt;Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) as a model organism has been widely used in the field of life sciences. This paper introduces the research progress of detection method using C. elegans as ex-perimental material to study antioxidant function of bioactive substances, compares several com- monly used antioxidant detection methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and proposes a set of biologically active substances combined antioxidant function testing methods.
