Hepatoblastoma is observed in 1% to 3% of persons with Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome or isolated hemihypertrophy(HH). We report a case of hepatoblastoma associated with both BWS and HH with raised serum alpha-feto protein levels and hypoglycaemia.
