%X Background and objectives: The lipid profile is a group of tests that are often ordered together to determine risk of various diseases and is likely to be abnormal (dyslipidemia) in persons suffering from Coronary Heart diseases, Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease and Nephrotic Syndrome. This study attempts to compare a lipid profile in normal individuals and those suffering from above diseases visiting Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal.
