二氧化铈是一种廉价且用途极广的工业材料,具有广阔的市场应用前景。二氧化铈在催化、固体氧化物燃料电池、功能陶瓷、紫外吸收材料中具有广泛的应用。本文通过对氧化铈的结构特点及其电子及能带特点的分析,介绍了四种制备氧化铈的方法分别是固相法,液相法,气相法和水热法。<br/>CeO2 is a kind of cheap industrial materials widely used; it has a broad market prospect. CeO2 has been widely used in catalysis, solid oxide fuel cell, functional ceramics, and UV absorption materials. In this paper, by analyzing the structure characteristics, the electron energy and the characteristics of cerium oxide, four kinds of preparation of cerium oxide are introduced which are solid phase method, liquid phase method, gas phase method, and hydrothermal method.
