	本文以某区域维护电网运行的电力物资区域配送中心选址问题为例，结合该区域实际情况，运用0-1规划模型从现有一二级仓库中选择部分仓库作为区域配送中心，在满足配送需求与特定事故抢修时间的约束下，使得区域配送中心数量最小。<br />
In this paper, we study the location of regional distribution center of power equipments. We use the 0-1 program to select the regional distribution center warehouses from those existed. The objective is to satisfy the recovery of emergency accidents. Meanwhile, the number of warehouses is minimum.
