	<b><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">目</span></b><b><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">的：</span></b><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">研究小儿常见鼠药中毒的临床特点，提高对本病的认识。<b>方法：</b>回顾性分析我院</span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">98</span><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">例鼠药中毒患儿的临床表现、救治方法及治疗效果。<b>结果：</b></span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">92</span><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">例抢救成功，</span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">6</span><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">例死亡。<b>结论：</b>对鼠药中毒的救治重在预防。早期诊断，早期治疗，防止并发症</span><span style=\"font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;\">能够降低致死率。&lt;br&gt;</span>

<b><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Objective:</span></span></b><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"> We study the clinical characteristics of the common rat poison poisoning in children, in order to improve the understanding of this disease. <b>Methods:</b> We retrospectively analysed the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and treatment effect of the 98 cases of rat poison poisoning children in our hospital. <b>Results:</b> 92 cases were rescued successfully, and six died. <b>Conclusion:</b> The most important measure to rescue rat poison poisoning patients is focusing on prevention. Early diagnosis, early treatment and preventing complications can reduce fatality rate.<span></span></span>
