	<span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:97%;font-family:&quot;\"><span style=\"line-height:2;font-family:Verdana;font-size:12px;\">Based on the </span><img src=\"Edit_5f54e36b-32c7-435a-949f-23c9abeea8b7.bmp\" alt=\"\" /><span></span><span style=\"line-height:2;font-family:Verdana;font-size:12px;\">-expansion method, a series of exact solutions of the
generalized Benjamin equation have been obtained. The travelling wave solutions
are expressed by the hyperbolic functions, the trigonometric functions and the
rational functions. It is shown that the </span><img src=\"Edit_dbd20090-2d67-482c-b32a-d47b55a438b9.bmp\" alt=\"\" /><span style=\"line-height:2;font-family:Verdana;font-size:12px;\">-expansion method is concise, and its applications are
promising.</span></span>
