the canonical embedding of <img src=\"Edit_67202883-5b48-455d-b369-d3c498763bfa.bmp\" alt=\"\" height=\"18\" width=\"64\" />into <img src=\"Edit_3ae743ef-dc65-4b92-99d4-d100267578fd.bmp\" alt=\"\" height=\"18\" width=\"51\" /></span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;line-height:1.5;\">is shown to be <img src=\"Edit_aa0045a1-eb0e-4583-93e1-f43a7fba064c.bmp\" alt=\"\" height=\"18\" width=\"7\" /> </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;line-height:1.5;\">. We also consider the
corresponding operator space version of this embedding. Ideal structure of </span><img src=\"Edit_6495da91-8a9f-47fc-8438-03030b96e3f5.bmp\" alt=\"\" height=\"18\" width=\"38\" /><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;line-height:1.5;\"> is obtained in case <em>A</em> or <em>B</em> has only finitely many closed ideals.</span>
