effects. For testing the natural products for their analgesic potential various </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">in-vivo</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> methods are used including chemical
induced methods and thermal induced method. In the present review article we have
discussed</span></span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> </span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">various </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">in-vivo</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> paradigms along with their merits and drawbacks. This mini review
will help</span></span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\" lang=\"EN-US\">pharmacologist in performing various analgesic
experiments.</span>
