DM,</span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> </span><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">Helicobacter pylori</span></i><span lang=\"EN-US\"> </span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">is</span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> one of the most common infections
worldwide. Available data on the possible association between </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">H. pylori</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> infection and DM are contradictory. There are a few studies in the Middle East,
and this study is the pioneer study, in the Medical Services Clinics in Gaza strip. </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">Aims: </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">This study was conducted to reveal the prevalence of </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">H. pylori</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> infection, malnutrition, insulin resistance among T2DM patients, to describe
the dietary requirements of T2DM</span></span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> </span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">patients, finally to evaluate the current information about diet, and
lifestyle in the prevention of </span><i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">H. pylori</span></i><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">, and malnutrition. </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">Methodology: </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">A cross-sectional study was conducted in the Medical Services Clinics in
