last few years, condensed thienopyrimidine derivatives have received
considerable attention. The therapeutic importance of thienopyrimidines

10b, </span><st1:chmetcnv tcsc=\"0\" numbertype=\"1\" negative=\"False\" hasspace=\"False\" sourcevalue=\"11\" unitname=\"a\" w:st=\"on\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">11a</span></st1:chmetcnv><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">, 11b, and </span><st1:chmetcnv tcsc=\"0\" numbertype=\"1\" negative=\"False\" hasspace=\"False\" sourcevalue=\"11\" unitname=\"C\" w:st=\"on\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">11c</span></st1:chmetcnv><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> showed considerable potent
anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of superior G.I.T. safety profile in
experimental rats in comparing to indomethacin and tramadol as reference drugs.</span>
