high-performance liquid chromatographic method was applied to the determination
of stachydrine hydrochloride concentration in TJF granule (Chinese name:
Tiao-Jing-Fang), using a mobile phase of </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">methanol</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">-</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">acetonitrile</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> (50:50, v/v) </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">by the Agilent
Kromasi NH</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">2</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> column (250 mm ¡Á 4.6</span> <span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">mm, 5 </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">¦Ì</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">m, S/N: 22N25110). Detection wavelength was 201
nm. The result revealed good linearity of stachydrine hydrochloride and was
obtained within the range of </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">0.20 - 1.98 </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">¦Ì</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">g/mL</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> (R = 0.9995). The average recovery was 97.01%; the </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">relative standard deviation</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> (RSD) was 0.19%. To the best of our knowledge,
this is the first report dedicated to the determination of stachydrine
hydrochloride by the e</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">vaporative </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">l</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">ight </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">s</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">cattering </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">d</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">etector</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">-</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">high-performance
liquid chromatographic (ELSD-HPLC) method.</span>
