In thisreport, we present our experience in a patient who had anastomosis-site LIMA graft stenosisand was successfully treated with direct stenting. We used a 6-French Kimny guidingcatheter inserted through the left radial artery, even though the procedure was complicatedby an acute occlusion of a LIMA body, requiring bail-out stenting following intra-aortic balloonpump support and temporary cardiac pacing. The patient was discharged 6 days afterthe procedure and remains asymptomatic during follow-up visits. Our results suggest that atransradial approach is feasible for LIMA intervention procedures. %K left internal mammary artery graft %K transradial approach %K direct stenting %U http://memo.cgu.edu.tw/cgmj/2612/261208.pdf
