We present a 24-year-old woman with irregular menstruationfor 6 months and a self-palpable lower abdominal mass. Enucleation of the left ovariantumor was undertaken. Gross examination showed a soft elastic tumor with a smooth outersurface and diffusely white edematous stroma with scattered yellowish nodular areas on thecut surface. Histologic study showed that the cellular nodules consisted of a disorganizedadmixture of fibroblasts and round vacuolated tumor cells. The cellular nodules were separatedby edematous hypocellular fibrous tissue forming a pseudolobular appearance. Regularmenstruation resumed after the surgery and no evidence of tumor relapse during 1 year offollow up. %K Sclerosing stromal tumor (SST) %K ovarian neoplasms %K sex cord-stromal tumor %U http://memo.cgu.edu.tw/cgmj/2606/260608.pdf
