%X Este texto tem como objetivo mostrar a contribui  o da tr赤ade ensino, assist那ncia de enfermagem e pesquisa qualitativa na identifica  o de dados que direcionam o cuidado cultural 角s mulheres moradoras em uma favela da cidade de S o Paulo, Brasil. Apresenta a trajet車ria da pesquisadora desde sua inser  o na comunidade prestando assist那ncia de enfermagem obst谷trica e realizando ensino de alunos de gradua  o em enfermagem at谷 a conclus o de sua pesquisa, da qual apresenta o grupo cultural. A pesquisa que teve a antropologia cultural como referencial te車rico e a etnografia como m谷todo colaborou na defini  o do cuidado culturalmente embasado 角s mulheres assistidas/estudadas. Este texto tiene como objetivo mostrar la contribuci車n de la tr赤ada ense anza, cuidado de enfermer赤a e investigaci車n cualitativa en la identificaci車n de informaci車n que se relaciona con el cuidado cultural en mujeres habitantes de un asentamiento urbano marginal de la ciudad de S o Paulo, Brasil. Presenta la trayectoria de la investigadora desde su inserci車n en la comunidad prestando cuidado de enfermer赤a obst谷trica y desempe ando docencia con alumnos de pregrado en enfermer赤a, hasta la conclusi車n de su investigaci車n, de la cual presenta el grupo cultural. La investigaci車n, que tuvo a la antropolog赤a como referencial te車rico y a la etnograf赤a como m谷todo, permiti車 definir el cuidado con una fundamento cultural en estas mujeres cuidadas/estudiadas The aim of this text is to show the contribution of the tread: teaching nursing care and qualitative research in the identification of data related the cultural care of women living in a slum in the city of S o Paulo, Brazil. This text also shows the steps of the researcher beginning with her insertion in the community giving obstetric nursing care to the women and teaching undergraduate students. The research was a qualitative study theoretically based on cultural anthropology and on ethnographic methodology. The results show the cultural group care conceptualization and allow a reflection of the cultural nursing care of those women.
