%X El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar y demostrar la confiabilidad y validez de constructo de 3 de las 10 sub-escalas que constituyen la escala Q-Labors 56, instrumento elaborado para la medici車n de la calidad de vida laboral. Para tal efecto se trabaj車 con una muestra aleatoria de 31 enfermeras del hospital Las higueras de Talcahuano. El dise o del estudio fue observacional descriptivo-correlacional y los datos fueron analizados en el programa SPSS, encontr芍ndose resultados que proporcionan niveles de confiabilidad y validez constructiva adecuadas para la utilizaci車n de dicha escala en la investigaci車n ※Calidad de vida laboral de los enfermero/as de un hospital general§. The aim of this work was to demonstrate the reliability and construct validity of 3 factors out of 10 measurements on the Q-Labor 56 scale, developed to measure quality of work life. The random sample included 31 nurses from Las higueras hospital in Talcahuano. Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. Significant results were found with adequate reliability and validity for the application of the above mentioned scale in the investigation ※Quality of Work Life in Nurses in a General hospital§.
