%X La figura de la mujer ha sido tratada largamente por los Padres de la Iglesia, fundamentalmente en relaci車n con su participaci車n en la culpa inicial, su concepci車n en tanto persona humana y su influencia en la estructura y significado de la sociedad. El art赤culo analiza en De paradiso, tratado de Ambrosio de Mil芍n, la representaci車n de la mujer y su participaci車n en el primer pecado a partir de la consideraci車n del procedimiento exeg谷tico del obispo, que dota a su obra de una estructura y un sentido literariamente elaborados, aunque se trate de un texto pastoral, y la vincula con la tradici車n hermen谷utica filoniana. Woman's role has been largely discussed by the Fathers of the Church, particularly in connection with the initial fault, the Church's conception of woman as human being and her influence in structure and meaning of society. This article analyzes the representation of woman and her involvement in the first sin in the treatise On paradise by Ambrose of Milan. We focus our analysis on the Bishop's exegetical procedure that gives the work a structure and literary meaning, although it is a pastoral text, and links it with the philonic hermeneutical tradition.
