%X Une formation continue en mati¨¨re de r¨¦daction du rapport d¡¯intervention  peut ¨ºtre dispens¨¦e au moyen d¡¯une m¨¦thode p¨¦dagogique consistant, apr¨¨s l¡¯apport d¡¯¨¦l¨¦ments th¨¦oriques, en un exercice o¨´ les participants sont plac¨¦s en situation du lecteur, et non pas de r¨¦dacteur. Ce renversement de perspective permet de prendre conscience du r le communicationnel du rapport et d¡¯am¨¦liorer les qualit¨¦s de r¨¦daction. After providing them with some theoretical references, training professionals in writing treatment reports can be better achieved by putting them in the position of the reader of the report instead of the writer. Such a change in perspective allows students to understand the communicative function of the report and improves significantly their writing abilities.
