The question of who stays or leaves after arrival in the entrpot country is considered. Theacquisition of subsidized human capital and the ascension to citizenship by immigrants are argued tobe key conditioners that reduce the probability of staying in the entropot country. Finally, the modelpredicts if the best or the mediocre highly skilled stay or leave the entrepot country for the sendingregion or the rest of the world. %K human capital %K brain drain %K immigration %U http://www.canpopsoc.ca/CanPopSoc/assets/File/publications/journal/CSPv29n1p53.pdf
