For the sake of meeting the needs of society and the requirements of employment units ¡°comprehensive¡± talent, improving students¡¯ professional skills and capability, this paper suggested to embed professional skill training into college education system. On the basis of establishing training model in college education system, this paper divided the model into the inner circle and outer circle. Meanwhile it pointed out setting up¡°2+1+1¡±college course to ensure the model implement successfully. Key words: professional skill training, college education system R¨¦sum¨¦: Dans le processus de l¡¯approfondissement de la r¨¦forme de l¡¯¨¦ducation sup¨¦rieure, un des plus importants probl¨¨mes pr¨¦occupant ¨¤ la fois le gouvernement, les entreprises et les ¨¦coles est comment am¨¦liorer la qualit¨¦ de l¡¯¨¦ducation sup¨¦rieure et d¨¦velopper la comp¨¦tence professionnelle des ¨¦tudiants. Afin de r¨¦pondre aux besoins de la soci¨¦t¨¦ et aux exigences des employeurs de chercher des talents compr¨¦hensifs , et d¡¯¨¦lever la comp¨¦tence et les capacit¨¦s professionnelles des ¨¦tudiants, l¡¯article pr¨¦sent propose d¡¯implanter l¡¯entra nement de la comp¨¦tence professionnelle dans le syst¨¨me ¨¦ducatif universitaire. Sur la base de l¡¯¨¦tablissement du mod¨¨le d¡¯entra nement, l¡¯article divise le mod¨¨le en cercle interne et cercle externe. Il sugg¨¨re en m¨ºme temps d¡¯instaurer le cours universitaire 2+1+1 pour assuer l¡¯application r¨¦sussie du mod¨¨le.
