%X The last decades have marked a tumultuous acceleration of historical and political processes and this produced significant changes in the geopolitical sphere, which continues to influence the economy, the financial markets and international relations, with effects on the construction of a new global balance. The unprecedented development of financial relations and monetary policies has contributed to their internationalization, to the homogenization of the financial markets and of some regulations regarding their efficiency.
