%X The present paper proposes the analysis of the efficiency of water to air heat exchanger with heat pipes for the mechanical ventilation system. The performed study is based on the necessity of the unconventional energy forms capitalization, increasing of the energy efficiency and the energy consumption decrease in concordance with the sustainable development concept.
