%X Labor disputes settlement in China follows a non-litigation mode which contains consultation, mediation and arbitration. This article gives explanations on basic theory of labor disputes settlement mechanism and analyzes problems existed in the current non-litigation settlement mechanism of labor disputes in order to help with the perfecting of the mechanism.
