%X Dans cet article, je regarderai de plus pr¨¨s la   signification   d¡¯une revue, au double sens du mot : d¡¯une part l¡¯interpr¨¦tation   interne  , d¡¯autre part l¡¯impact   externe  . Pour ce qui est de l¡¯interpr¨¦tation de la revue, deux ¨¦cueils doivent ¨ºtre ¨¦vit¨¦s. Tout d¡¯abord, le discours de la revue s¡¯inscrit dans deux logiques diff¨¦rentes : celle de la ligne de la revue m¨ºme et celle des auteurs individuels. Ces logiques constituent deux cadres de r¨¦f¨¦rence diff¨¦rents au sein desquels un texte peut ¨ºtre lu. Secundo, il faut tenir compte du fait que la revue ne fonctionne pas comme miroir neutre de la r¨¦alit¨¦, mais qu¡¯elle poss¨¨de une dynamique propre. Pour la d¨¦termination de l¡¯impact, on part du mod¨¨le de r¨¦seaux, auquel il faut ajouter un certain   relief   afin de mettre ¨¤ nu l¡¯impact des diff¨¦rentes revues. Plus sp¨¦cifiquement, le concept de croyance sera examin¨¦ en d¨¦tail. La croyance fonctionne comme agent de liaison et tient le r¨¦seau ensemble. Ceci sera illustr¨¦ ¨¤ l¡¯aide de la revue belge L¡¯art libre (1919-1922). In this article, I study the ¡°meaning¡± of a periodical, in two related ways: on the one hand I consider the ¡°internal¡± interpretation of a periodical, on the other hand I look at its ¡°external¡± impact. With regard to the (internal) interpretation of a periodical, two difficulties have to be taken into account. First, the discourse of the periodical deals with two different logics: one of the periodical itself and one of the individual authors. These logics constitute two different frameworks in which a text can be read. Second, one has to realize that the periodical does not function as a neutral mirror of reality, but that it has its proper dynamics. In determining the periodical¡¯s impact, I work with the network-model, to which some ¡°relief¡± has to be added in order to lay bare the impact of the different periodicals. Concretely, I will focus on the complex notion of believe, which functions as binder and holds the network together. All of this will be illustrated by way of the Belgian periodical L¡¯art libre (1919-1922). In dit artikel wordt dieper ingegaan op de ¡°betekenis¡± van een tijdschrift, in de dubbele zin van het woord: enerzijds de ¡°interne¡± interpretatie, anderzijds de ¡°externe¡± impact. Wat de interpretatie van het tijdschrift betreft, dienen twee hindernissen omzeild te worden. Ten eerste schrijft het discours van het tijdschrift zich in in twee verschillende logica¡¯s: die van de lijn van het tijdschrift en die van de individuele auteurs.
