Los or赤genes de esason el tema del presente art赤culoWhen Castillo Armas captured the power in Guatemala, the Catholic Church took advantage of the new political situation to overcome the legal proscriptions that it had endured from the Liberal Revolution of 1871. The Church multiplied the number of her priests, institutions and activities. At the same time, the new situation faced her to new problems and added her in a situation of crisis. The origins of this one are the topic of the present article.
