%X The article presents the financial situation and risk of bankruptcy enterprises in the meat in-dustry. To assess the risk of bankruptcy meat industry companies discriminatory models analysis was applied. Studies have shown that not all of the selected Polish discriminatory models effectively indicate companies bankruptcy in meat industry. Therefore a model was built to assess the risk of bankruptcy for those companies.
