%X The article presents the authorĄŻs interviews to three informant born in Italian emigrants families in Uruguay. During the interviews they reflect on the family political tradition and its influence on their choices. Two of the informants have take part in the organizations of the armed left: the Uruguayan Communist Party and the MNL-Tupamaros. His/her fathers' antifascism, the myth of the Resistenza together with that of the CastroĄŻs revolution has had an important role in their biography. The informantsĄŻ family has lived during the Uruguayan military dictatorship of the Seventies and has experienced the exile as an ideological and affective landmark. Keywords:Uruguay ,Italianimmigrants,dictatorship,antifascism, revolutionary left. LĄŻarticolo presenta le interviste dellĄŻautrice a tre figli di italiani emigrati in Uruguay. Le interviste hanno come tema centrale quello della tradizione politica familiare e della sua influenza sulle scelte dei figli. Due degli intervistati hanno militato in organizzazioni della sinistra armata: il Partito Comunista UruguayanoelĄŻMNL-Tupamaros.LĄŻesperienzadellĄŻemigrazionee lĄŻantifascismo dei padri, il mito della Resistenza insieme a quello della rivoluzione castrista hanno avuto un ruolo importante nella biografia dei tre militanti. La famiglia ¨¨ stata, nel contesto della dittatura militare uruguayana degli anni Settanta e nellĄŻesilio, un punto di riferimento ideologico ed affettivo.
