Exploring the area of public institutions, its goal was to get to know the service provider professional as well as to highlight his or her difficulty in fulfilling that role in order to identify solutions for obtaining a higher-quality service. Emphasis is given to the role of human resources departments in managingproposals for providing incentives to employees to perform their duties with more dedication.
