%X RESUMO O Estatuto Nacional da Microempresa da Empresa de Pequeno Porte ¨¦ uma inova  o legislativa necess¨¢ria para o crescimento econ mico de um pa¨ªs, regulamentando o suporte legal para o tratamento determinado pela Constitui  o Federal em seu artigo 146, III, ¡®b¡¯. ¨¦ uma compila  o do tratamento diferenciado, facilitado e simplificado para tal forma societ¨¢ria, repercutindo no direito laboral. ¨¦ um claro exemplo das flexibiliza  es trabalhistas, causando remodelagens significativas. Algumas novidades s o muito bem vindas, realmente trazem vantagens, melhorias, fomentando a economia nacional, contudo, algumas inova  es deveriam ser revistas. A flexibiliza  o com certeza trar¨¢ aumentos quantitativos, mas em contrapartida, poder¨¢ ocasionar perdas qualitativas. Um exemplo negativo ocasionado ¨¦ a dispensa de contratar aprendizes, mas caso realize, n o h¨¢ a obrigatoriedade de efetuar a matr¨ªcula nos cursos dos Servi os Nacionais de Aprendizagem, perdendo a raz o de ser do instituto, desconsiderando a importancia da educa  o do jovem. THE APPRENTICE AND THE STATUTE MICROENTERPRISE AND SMALL BUSINESS ABSTRACT The Statute of the National Micro Small Company is a legal innovation necessary for economic growth of a country, regulating the legal suport to the treatment given by the Federal Constitution in its article 146, III, 'b'. It is a compilation of differential treatment, facilitated and simplified to such corporate form, affecting the labor law. It is a clear example of the flexibility labor, causing significant makeovers. Some very welcome news indeed bring benefits, improvements, boosting the national economy, however, some innovations should be revised. The relaxation will certainly bring increased quantity, but in contrast, may cause qualitative losses. Caused a negative example is the exemption to hire apprentices, but if it happens, there is an obligation to make the registration in the courses of the National Service of Learning, losing the reason for the institute, disregarding the importance of educating the young.
