The formation constants of the proton-ligand and metal-ligand complexes have been determined potentiometrically at different temperatures (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50¡ãC) at an ionic strength of 0.1 M KNO3 in 75% (v/v) dioxane-water solution. The standard thermodynamic parameters, viz. DG¡ã, DH¡ã, and DS¡ã, for the proton-ligand and the stepwise metal-ligand complexes have been evaluated. %K thermodynamic parameters %K Schiff-base %K metal(II)-complexes %K cobalt(II)-complexes %K nickel(II)-complexes %K copper(II)-complexes %K Zn(II)-complexes %K formation constant %K potentiometry and spectroscopy %U http://www.shd.org.yu/HtDocs/SHD/Vol64/No10-Pdf/V64-no10-07.zip
