Ramanujan was a brilliant, self-taught mathematician who made many fundamental contributions to analytic number theory, computational and probabilistic number theory, and special functions. A young mathematician who lived only 33 years of his life discovered puzzling mathematical theorems that people till date find difficult to prove. This article is an attempt to sum together a short but meaningful life of a magical mathematician. %K ramanujan %K infinity %K mathematics %K physics %K zero %U http://www.srbmag.org/index.php/srbmag/article/view/21
