%X New 1,2,4-triazoles (4a-c), 1,3,4-thiadiazoles (5a-c) and 1,3,4-oxadiazoles (6a-c) containing isomeric pyridyl and cyclohexyl were synthesized by intramolecular cyclization of 1,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides (3a-c) in alkaline media, acid and neutral condition respectively. The chemical structures of newly synthesized compounds were established with help of FT-IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectral data.
