	<span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">目的：</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">研究无保护左主干</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">(ULMCA)</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">介入治疗</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">(PCI)</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">的近期安全性及有效性。</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">方法：</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">总结</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">57</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">例合并多支血管病变的</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">ULMCA</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">患者的支架植入术，分析其病变特征、手术成功率及随访结果。</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">结果：</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">即刻手术成功率达</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">100%</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">。分别于术后</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">1</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">个月、</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">3</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">个月、</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">6</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">个月、一年随访，无主要心脏事件发生。</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">结论：</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">对于心功能正常、左主干开口病变患者</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">，</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">PCI</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">治疗是安全有效的。&lt;br/&gt;</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">Objective:</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"> To study short-term safety and efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for unprotected left main coronary artery (ULMCA). </span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">Methods:</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"> Fifty-seven patients with multiple cardiac vessel diseases received ULMCA stent implantation of PCI. After PCI treatments, the lesion characteristics, success rate and follow-up outcomes were analyzed. </span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">Results:</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"> The immediate success rate was 100%. No major cardiac events were found following one month, three months, six months, and one year PCI treatments. </span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">Conclusions:</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"> PCI is a safe and effective treatment for the patients with normal heart function, but having ostial stenosis in left main coronary artery.</span>
