Respondents were participants who took part in a two-week leadership development program in their region. Respondents also rated the leaders¡¯ role performance and their satisfaction with the leaders. Respondents who categorized themselves as transformational leaders evaluated the supervisor role occupants as most effective while non-transformational leaders perceived the CEO role occupants to be most effective.
