%X 采用HPLC法测定不同白芍药材中芍药苷含量，确定哪种白芍含芍药苷最高。方法：采用色谱柱：Hypersil C18柱(4.6 × 200 mm，5 μm)；流动相：乙腈/0.05%磷酸水(14:86)；检测：UV 230 nm；流速：1.0 ml/min；柱温：25℃。结果表明：2年生、10月份采收贮存期短的亳白芍芍药苷含量最高。该方法简便，准确可靠，重复性好。
