%X 教师的基本师德就是敬业爱生。教师在教育学生的过程中，首先要具备主动跟学生沟通的意识，合理设计沟通策略，并苦练内功不断增加沟通的砝码，以更好地接近学生，给予学生更好的帮助。此外，学校也要创造促进师生沟通的条件和环境。Teacher's professional ethics to love students. When Teachers are in the educational process of students，they should take the initiative to communicate with students firstly, and make rational design of communication strategies, and have the founding of the weight of increasing communication, according to better close to the students ,and give them some better help. In addition, schools should create the conditions  and environment for teachers and students to communicate.
