%X Este art赤culo analiza los contenidos y relaciones que se producen en el di芍logo cultural de la escuela y en la escuela. Presenta un marco general del cambio cultural actual y dentro de 谷ste transita por la importancia de la cultura de la Escuela, expresada en su capital simb車lico, para el logro de una respuesta efectiva al contexto; avanza luego hacia los encuentros y desencuentros entre la "cultura escolar" y la "cultura juvenil" que muchas veces dificultan la interacci車n educativa propiamente tal y, por 迆ltimo, se detiene en la realidad de segmentaci車n de las Escuelas, que conduce a la vivencia de una experiencia escolar altamente diferenciada. Termina el texto con una reflexi車n sobre los desaf赤os que encierra lo descrito para la formaci車n inicial y continua de profesores, donde se releva la importancia del conocimiento de los estudiantes en el marco de una Escuela que Aprende y, con ello, de un profesor que cultiva todas y cada una de las dimensiones que estar芍n presentes en su tarea educativa. This article aims to analyze the contents and relationships encountered within the cultural dialogue about and within the school. First, an overview in relation to the current cultural change will be presented and, within this framework; the importance of school culture will be shown based on its symbolic capital: the achievement of an effective answer toward the social context. Second, encounters and clashes between the "school culture" and the "youths' culture", which frequently trouble the educational interactions and outcomes, will be dealt with. Third, the existence of a high social segmentation among schools which generates a highly differentiated school experience for students will be shown. Finally, a reflection will be made on the challenges, driven from the previously described situation, of the pro-cess of initial and graduated teachers' training; the importance students' knowledge within the framework of Learning School and, the importance of having teachers who are able to cult赤vate all and each one of the dimensions required in their educational task.
