%X Este estudio caracteriza la oferta tur¨ªstica y propone una zonificaci¨®n en esta tem¨¢tica para la cuenca del Lago Ranco. Para ello se identificaron los atractivos y la planta tur¨ªstica. La oferta se caracteriz¨® de acuerdo a la propuesta de Leiva (1997) modificada por Pe a-Cort¨¦s et al. (2001), en donde se agrega el componente de la espacialidad del territorio. Con el apoyo de expertos se delimitaron unidades en base a distintos criterios, lo cual permiti¨® identificar y proponer tipolog¨ªas de zonificaci¨®n. Los resultados mostraron 101 atractivos tur¨ªsticos. Se identificaron nueve unidades y siete tipos de zonas, que incluyen espacios geogr¨¢ficos de desarrollo tur¨ªstico hasta de restricci¨®n de uso. Se concluye que es necesario mejorar la planta asociada al turismo, esto acompa ado con proponer nuevas iniciativas que tengan plena concordancia con las potencialidades y restricciones del territorio. This study characterizes the tourist offer and proposed zoning for the Lake Ranco. For this purpose, attractions and tourism facilities were identified. With the latter, the "tourism offer" was characterized according to the proposal of Lewis (1997) as amended by Pe a-Cort¨¦s et al (2001), which add the component of spatial planning. Units were defined with the support of experts and based on different criteria, which in turn allowed the identification and proposal of different zoning types. The results showed 101 attractions, with the identification of nine units and seven types of areas, ranging from geographical areas of tourist development, to those branded as "of restricted usage". The study concludes that it is necessary to improve tourism facilities, proposing new initiatives that are fully consistent with the potentials and constraints present in the territory.
