%X En los 迆ltimos a os la comuna de Puc車n, IX Regi車n de la Araucan赤a - Chile, ha experimentado notables transformaciones en estructura territorial asociada a importantes inversiones inmobiliarias dirigidas tanto a los turistas que visitan la ciudad como a la poblaci車n que ha establecido su residencia definitiva en dicho municipio. Dentro de este 迆ltimo grupo la atenci車n anal赤tica se pone en los que denominamos migrantes de amenidades existenciales (MAE), pues constituyen potenciales agentes de cambio social y cultural. Utilizando una metodolog赤a que combina el an芍lisis cuantitativo de los patrones socio-espaciales con una aproximaci車n interpretativa sobre las caracter赤sticas de los MAE, se examinan los cambios territoriales que ha experimentado recientemente la Comuna de Puc車n y se interpreta la capacidad de los MAE para incidir en el sistema social imperante. En el ac芍pite final se discute los desaf赤os que enfrenta una comuna de Chile en donde coexisten distintos intereses y visiones del mundo. During the last years the Municipality of Puc車n has experienced remarkable transformations en its territorial structure, which are related to real estate investment directed to tourist visiting the city as to the population that have make Puc車n its residency. Within this last group the analytical attention is placed on what we call existential amenity migrants (EAM), given that they constitute potential agents of social and cultural change. Using a methodology that combines the quantitative analysis of social and spatial patterns with an interpretative approach centered on the characteristics of the EAM, we examine recent territorial changes in Municipality of Puc車n and interpret the capacity of the EAM to trigger changes in the existing social system. In the final section we discuss the challenges faced by a municipality in Chile where different interests and visions of the world coexist.
