%X This paper discusses the use of the genderin the construction of the image of the military policeat the time of inclusion of women in the MilitaryPolice of Paran¨˘ State in the 1970s and the practice ofpaulistas's police in the 1960s.The construction ofmilitary woman police is part of the repressivepractices twice: as they oppose/superimpose andimpose on women who join the police the control thecorporation itself, based on an ideal of women,especially the use of the image in the construction ofa self -image in the humanitarian dictatorship.
