Thin films Pt have fcc structure with lattice parameter ¨¡ = 0,390 nm after condensation and annealing. The temperature dependences characterized by relatively large value of resistivity (¦Ñ ~ 10 ¨C 7 Ohm¡¤m) and relatively small value of TCR (¦Â ~ 10 ¨C 4 K ¨C 1) respectively. Strain properties characterized by a wide interval of elastic deformation (more than 1 %). The deformation coefficient of electron mean free path (¦Ë0) ¦Ç¦Ë0l ¡Ö 9 and changing electron mean free path ¦¤¦Ë0 ¡Ö = 2 nm were calculated. %K Thin film Pt %K Structure and phase state %K Temperature coefficient of resistance %K Strain coefficient %K Parameters of electron scatterin %U http://jnep.sumdu.edu.ua/download/numbers/2013/1/articles/jnep_2013_V5_01029.pdf
