%X Chondroma is a benign cartilagenous tumor that can be found at several sites of the body. Intracranial chondroma originating from the dural convexity is quite exceptional. We describe a case of a patient with a huge dural chondroma who was successfully treated at our institution. Clinical, radiological and surgical aspects of this tumor are reviewed and surgical nuances are emphasized in the light of the literature.
