	<span>The averaged integrated parameter
representing the mean value of ratio of total water vapors on wet delay <img src=\"Edit_b9e02bd7-61b1-4fca-befc-4e5f147df748.bmp\" width=\"30\" height=\"30\" alt=\"\" /></span><span><span> at the chosen distance of latitude <img src=\"Edit_bc06d6d3-84ce-404e-be34-aade2bb2e873.bmp\" width=\"40\" height=\"20\" alt=\"\" /> is suggested.</span><span> </span><span>The function of interrelation of such
parameters as height of lo</span><span>cation site and latitude is suggested. It is shown, that the optimal
function <img src=\"Edit_208f1fe6-4ba5-45d7-ab95-d3be4ae758c6.bmp\" width=\"50\" height=\"19\" alt=\"\" /></span><span> does exist which bring the aver</span><span>aged integrated parameter to its
minimal value</span><span>.</span><span></span></span>
