%0 Journal Article %T 實徵研究/台灣數位內容產業人才需求研究:網路人力銀行求才廣告內容分析/莊道明 │ Workforce Requirements of Digital Content Industries in Taiwan: A Job Announcements Analysis from Job Bank / Tao-Ming Chuang %A 莊道明 Tao-Ming Chuang %J Journal of Library and Information Science %D 2008 %I National Taiwan Normal University %X 台灣從西元兩千年推動兩兆雙星產業政策,在政府輔導推動下,將數位遊戲、電腦動畫、數位學習、數位影音、行動應用、網路服務、內容軟體與出版典藏等 產業,整合為數位內容產業並列入台灣雙星產業之一。根擄數位內容產業白皮書的估算,台灣數位內容產業每年約有1600至2700人才缺口。面對數位產業人 才缺口,如何透過台灣正規教育人才、在職訓練與政府人才訓練輔導體系的協助,成為數位內容產業發展的一個重要議題。本研究選取台灣104網路人力銀行,於 2008年1-3月以57家數位內容公司求才廣告進行內容分析,共歸納出十類數位內容產業人才。根據徵人廣告需求的人數、學經歷條件、語言與電腦技能之分 析,以探討台灣數位內容產業人才需求概況。研究成果提供資訊傳播、圖書資訊、資訊管理等系所學生,作為未來職涯定位或建立求職專業技能的參考。研究建議大 學生應重視個人專業作品,強化語言與電腦能力,並熟悉微軟office系列軟體之使用能力。Taiwan government had moved a “Digital Content Industry (DCI)” as one of a star within its “Two Trillion/Twin Stars” industrial development policy since 2002. Digital Content Industry contains eight information and communication industries, including digital games, computerized animation, e-learning, digital audio-visual application, mobile application service, network service, content software, and digital publication collection. According to Digital Content Industry Annual Reports, there exist 1600 to 2000 jobs wanted of DCI in each year. It has become an important issue for government to supply industries sufficient qualified human resources by means of school normal education, on-the-job training, or government job training programs. The purpose of this study is to examine workforce requirements of DCI in Taiwan by analyzing 57 corporations job advertisements from 104 Corporation, one of biggest online job banks in Taiwan, from January to March of 2008. The research result classifies ten job positions of DCI by analyzing the job titles, subject background, and language/computer skills of job description in advertisement. From survey results, the DCI industry needs multi-disciplinary specialists and employees.
