For data collection, interviews, remarks and document analysis were conducted. The research was theoretically founded by: Claude Dubar (1997, 1998, 2005, 2006), Campos (2002), Candau (1998), Diniz-Pereira (2000), Elias (1994), Romanowski (2002) and Weber (2004). In terms of research and data analysis, the intention was to follow the same steps as Claude Dubar, in studies with French workers, to know how life trajectories constitute the coordinators identity forms and their relationship to the context of their work. The ˇ°passingˇ± from a teacher trainer to a coordinator / head of department has been reported by many as difficult and even distressing. The survey results corroborated the thesis that the configuration of identity forms is directly linked to social and working relationships. %K Identity forms %K Degrees %K Leadership / Coordination department. %U http://www.incubadora.ufsc.br/index.php/EntreVer/article/view/2036/2524
