%X El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar c車mo operan los principios de protecci車n del c車nyuge m芍s d谷bil y de autonom赤a de la voluntad, en dos aspectos espec赤ficos del derecho a compensaci車n econ車mica consagrado en los art赤culos 61 a 66 de la Nueva Ley de Matrimonio Civil, como son la determinaci車n del derecho, ya sea por acuerdo entre los c車nyuges o por determinaci車n judicial, y tambi谷n en un aspecto que ha cobrado relevancia en los 迆ltimos a os como son las distintas formas de pago de la prestaci車n compensatoria. This paper examines how the principles of protection of weaker spouse and autonomy of will operate in two specific aspects of the right to compensation as set out in Articles 61 to 66 of the New Civil Marriage Act, such as the determination of right, either by agreement between the spouses or by court order, and also the different ways of payment of the compensatory allowance, an area that has gained importance in recent years.
