In this realm, many Authors are suggesting to develop a more active and careful therapeutic attitude to prevention aspects. They underline that a clinical picture of maximum of positive symptoms arrives at the hospital admission with an average delay of two months, after a year of psychotic prephase and 3-5 years of negative or non specific signs of mental disorder.
